PHILLIP A. STRINGFIELD
Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Stringfield transitioned from his last military assignment as the 8th State Command Sergeant Major of the Georgia Army National Guard and the Senior Enlisted Leader of Georgia Department of Defense headquarters on Clay National Guard Enclave, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia.
CSM (Ret.) Stringfield has held numerous key leadership positions in his 35 years of Military service in the active Army, and as a traditional guard and Active Guard Reserve program. His exceptional ability to train, lead, and command in peace and in combat has honed his skills to become a successful entrepreneur.
As the CEO and Founder of Patriot Se7en (P7), LLC, with a mission to support service members in all areas of transition, he has utilized innovative training and mentorship to assist them before and after their military service.
Mr. Stringfield has experienced firsthand what it is like for a service member to navigate the unknowns, not knowing the value of their military service and how that experience will translate into the civilian job market.
P7 has conducted numerous job fairs that have led to hundreds of veterans securing employment with Fortune 500 companies.
P7 has secured several local, state, and federal contracts that have been subcontracted to veterans and veteran-owned businesses, which have since successfully completed their statements of work performance.
Mr. Stringfield lives in Tifton, Georgia, with his wife, Tinie, and their family.
